A note from me
"I've been paying closer attention to how I feel day to day — my energy, digestion, sleep, and some lab values I've had tested. I'm sharing this so we can talk about some patterns I've noticed. Everything here is self-reported using ThriveIQ, a personal wellness app — not a medical record, not a clinical assessment, and not evaluated by the FDA."

My daily life this period
Sleep
5h 30m
average · last 7 nights
Most nights: Restful quality. I sleep better when I'm in bed before 10pm — I noticed this on my great days.
Digestion
30-day bowel log
Most common: Normal & easy. Constipation on 4 days (Jun 3, 7, 11, 14) — clustered, not random. These days coincided with lower water intake.
Hydration
64 oz avg
daily · goal 80 oz
I drink more water on days I feel great. The constipation days correlated with under 50oz. Working on hitting my goal daily.
Calories
1,520 kcal
daily average · goal 1,691 kcal
15 meals logged. I've been eating more whole foods and fewer processed snacks compared to last month.
How I've been feeling
"I had 5 great days this week. I noticed I slept better those nights and logged higher-protein meals. On my fatigue days I tended to eat more refined carbs and sleep under 6 hours."
Patterns I've noticed
→
I've noticed I tend to feel more tired on days when I eat more processed food. This happened consistently across the last 3 weeks — fatigue appearing within 2 hours of higher-carb processed meals.
I wanted to mention this so we could talk about it.
→
I logged bloating within a couple of hours of eating dairy on 5 of 7 days I logged dairy this period. I've since been avoiding it and the bloating has decreased.
I wanted to mention this so we could talk about it.

My constipation days (Jun 3, 7, 11, 14) all coincided with days I drank under 50oz of water and ate fewer vegetables. Not random clustering — there's a pattern here I'd like to understand better.
I wanted to mention this so we could talk about it.
Numbers I've been tracking
I entered these myself from my lab results. All values are self-reported. I'd love your thoughts on any of them — especially the ones I've flagged below.

Note on hs-CRP: my value of 1.2 is within the standard range but I understand some practitioners look for values below 1.0. Given my inflammation goals I'd like to discuss this.
Questions I want to ask
These are questions I've been thinking about and didn't want to forget to ask.
?
I've been experiencing constipation on a pattern — Jun 3, 7, 11, 14 — not random. Could we look at thyroid function more thoroughly? I'd like a full panel with Free T3, Free T4, and Reverse T3, not just TSH.
?
My Vitamin D is 44 ng/mL — within standard range but I've read some practitioners prefer 50–80 for people with fatigue and inflammation goals. Is supplementing worth discussing for my situation?
?
I noticed bloating consistently after dairy on 5 of 7 days I logged it. Is there a test for dairy sensitivity or lactose intolerance that would be useful here?
?
My hs-CRP is 1.2 — within standard range but above what some functional medicine practitioners look for. Given my inflammation goal, is this something to watch or address?
