ThriveIQ is operated by Roarr LLC, doing business as ThriveIQ, based in Knoxville, Tennessee. References to "ThriveIQ," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Roarr LLC dba ThriveIQ.
ThriveIQ is a personal wellness logging tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and has not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing in this app should be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health.
ThriveIQ helps you log and track your food, symptoms, lab values, sleep, hydration, and bowel health. It surfaces patterns in your own logged data and helps you prepare for conversations with your doctor. It does not replace your doctor, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ThriveIQ. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use ThriveIQ.
ThriveIQ uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@thriveiq.app.
ThriveIQ offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium). All subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
All health data you enter into ThriveIQ — including food logs, lab values, symptom logs, sleep data, and bowel logs — is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. For full details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
You own your data. You can delete all of it at any time from My Health → Settings → Delete all my data.

All content in ThriveIQ — including the app design, ThriveIQ Score algorithm, pattern detection logic, brand assets, and written content — is owned by Roarr LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ThriveIQ content without our written permission.
ThriveIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the app.
The pattern detection, food quality scoring, and lab range displays in ThriveIQ are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not clinical assessments and should not be relied upon as medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roarr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ThriveIQ, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, lost data, or health decisions made based on information in the app.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of ThriveIQ shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ThriveIQ will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Knox County, Tennessee, or remotely if both parties agree. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any matters not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via a notice in the app and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ThriveIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ThriveIQ at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using ThriveIQ at any time by deleting the app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund — refund requests are handled by Apple.
