I didn't set out to build an app.
I set out to survive.
In 2013, I was a mother of three daughters — ages two, three, and four. My husband and those babies were my entire world. Then a single antibiotic prescription changed everything.
I was given Levaquin — as a precaution after a minor procedure. Within days my body began falling apart. Chronic joint pain. Chemical sensitivity. Neurological symptoms. I was in and out of ERs so often I remember calling ahead to ask if they could provide morphine without a diagnosis — because the pain was that relentless.
Doctors ran every test. They searched for MS, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis. Every single one came back normal. Not one doctor could connect the dots.
"Three babies at home. Every test normal. No answers. Just pain."
I knew I had to stop chasing a diagnosis and start living again. Food became my medicine. Years of research, organic eating, and eliminating seed oils slowly brought me back.
So I built ThriveIQ. Not for the biohacker. Not for the fitness obsessed. For the mother sitting in an ER at 2am with no diagnosis — who deserves to thrive, and who deserves to know it was never just in her head.
